All lesson participants are encouraged to wear a helmet, especially the young children.  It is advisable that you bring your own favorite, well- fitting helmet (please take the time to fit your helmet prior to your arrival so you don’t miss valuable class time).  In the event that you do not have your own helmet, you are welcome to rent one of our hockey helmets, complete with face mask.

Students should arrive 30 minutes prior to your first lesson to allow time to find the perfect fitting pair of rental skates and to be completely ready when your instructor announces the beginning of your class.  Please check online or by phone for schedule changes.
